At GoMyPackaging, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product or are unsatisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you! We invite you to review our Damage and Refund Policy to see how we care for damaged items, returns, and refunds.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you get a damaged, defective, or unexpected product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re here to help! We’ll look into the issue and do our best to fix it soon!
Steps to Report Damaged or Defective Items:

- Provide Details: Please share your order number, a brief description of the damage or defect, and any photos of the damaged product if you have them. Thank you!
- Return Instructions: After we verify the issue, we’ll share the steps for returning the damaged item. We’re happy to inform you that in most cases, we will take care of the return shipping costs for any damaged or defective items.
We’ll take care of your claim and either:
- We’ll send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
- We would happily provide a full refund for the damaged or defective product.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We kindly ask that you request returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Steps to Return or Exchange a Product:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@gomypackaging.com or use the contact form on our website.
- Eligibility: Please ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Return Authorization: Once we’ve confirmed your return request, we’ll happily provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the return instructions.
Please note: You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Thanks for understanding!
3. Refund Policy
We’re happy to provide refunds for products that meet these conditions:
- The product should be returned in original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Please make sure to return it within 14 days from when you received it. Thank you!
- The item can be returned as it is not part of a final sale or excluded from returns.
Refund Process:
- We’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected as soon as we get your returned item and look at it.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll happily process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Just a friendly reminder that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order is eligible for free shipping, we’ll subtract the original shipping cost from your refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
There are a few items that we can’t accept for return or refund, including:
- Items labeled as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Items that are custom-made, personalized, or available through special orders.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, contact us within 14 days of your order. We’re here to help you with the exchange process, which might include returning the original product and placing a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t gotten your refund yet, please take a moment to check the following:
- Take a look at your bank or credit card statement.
- It’s a good idea to reach out to your payment provider, as the refund might take a little while to show up officially.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers must cover the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. If you happen to receive a damaged item, we’ve got you covered for the return shipping costs!
We suggest using a trackable shipping service or getting insurance for items over $75. We can’t promise to get your returned item back if it gets lost in transit.
8. Cancellation Policy
If you’d like to cancel your order, just contact us at info@gomypackaging.com. We’re here to help! We’ll do our best to cancel the order before it gets shipped out. You might want to follow our return process if the item has already been shipped.
